They diagnosed my vehicle and had to order a part covered by warranty. My only issue was they gave me a “loaner” vehicle and the gas light came on while driving it home. I put $20 in gas in the “loaner” and only used about $3 worth of that gas before picking my vehicle up. I think if there is a valid warranty claim, I shouldn’t have to put gas in a “loaner” vehicle just to get home. Other than that, everyone was great and communicated well with me.

I made an online appointment for this recall so that the service dept. could be sure to have any parts needed. I arrived at the dealership and attempted to check in through the links in the confirmation email, but they did not work. When I spoke with the employee, I was told that they do not review the online appointments ahead of time so we were lucky they did have our needed parts in stock. She said they do not use the online system for check-in or reviewing appointments. With that said, I would say that the online service portal is completely useless. The staff was courteous and the job was completed quickly.

The Sales Manager() was great in assisting me with locating and financing my vehicle. I didn't feel like I was being told lies in order for me to purchase a vehicle. This is a huge step in a person's life and they need to feel comfortable in this process. Thank you for doing that. Everyone there was really great.
